Welcome to Ephrata Performing Arts Center’s digital initiative, EPAC at home. This exciting new venture will be bringing quality EPAC shows to you in your living rooms. From original content to shows you love, EPAC at home will deliver the same energy and emotionally-captivating pieces from our stage to your screen.

There’s a Christmas present under your tree marked, “To: The Whole Family” and “From: EPAC” Let’s open it! It’s a free online half-hour holiday special made for all the kids and parents that have been good this year. Well, ok, if you’ve been naughty, you can still join in the fun.

Santa gives gifts to children all over the world, but who gives gifts to Santa? Mrs. Claus and the elves are planning the ultimate super-secret surprise party for the man in red himself. The guest list (yes we checked it twice) features wintry elite, such as Frosty the Showman and the Snow Queen herself. It’s a wacky, campy, fun, and sweet show, starring all your favorite EPAC actors.

It’s that time of year again. Time to decorate the Christmas tree, order a gingerbread latte to go, light a “roasted chestnuts” candle, and stream all your holiday favorites. But I know what you’re thinking, you’ve seen them all a hundred times. So how can you capture the nostalgia of beloved classics without the same-old, same-old? EPAC is here to help with It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play! This family favorite has found a fun and unique way to shine: reimagined by Joe Landry as a 1940’s radio station broadcasting It’s a Wonderful Life.

This year, many of us may feel like George Bailey, losing our optimism in face of current hardships. But as this beautiful and heartfelt story reminds us, life is full of hope and every small act of kindness is worth more than its weight in gold. Join the EPAC family in spreading holiday cheer by watching It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play.
